Physical: Asia — Korean Reactions & The Most Captivating Teams!
Lately, my life has been a simple loop:
Work → More work → Go home → Binge-watch Physical: Asia.
I’m completely hooked — and I’m not alone. My coworkers are obsessed too!
Our lunch conversations sound like, “How far did you get?” “Did you see that scene?” 😄
Seasons 1 and 2 of Physical: 100 were already great, but this Asia edition? It’s on another level.
How can every contestant be this perfect?
✅ Sculpted physique
✅ Iron willpower
✅ Humble and respectful attitude
It really feels like they picked the best of the best to represent each country.
And… I have to admit, my heart was totally stolen by Team Thailand. 💘
Especially James Rusameekae!
If Korea has kimchi, Thailand has som tam.
If Korea has BLACKPINK’s Jisoo, Thailand has James. (You get the vibe, right? 😎)
When I first saw him, I thought, “Hmm, he’s got a unique look.”
But the moment the games began, that changed to, “Wait—why is he so strong?!”
Where does that strength and patience even come from?
The only sad part?
Team Thailand got eliminated way too early. 😭
I really wanted to see more of James!
But it seems he’s already built a massive fanbase — everyone’s talking about him.
Of course, we can’t skip Team Japan!
The female wrestler is so cool — total charisma overload 💥
And leader Okami Yushin looks like he just stepped out of an anime.
His looks, his energy, his personality — everything about him is magnetic.
And then there’s Manny Pacquiao.
What can I even say? Legends never fade. 🥊
If you haven’t watched Physical: 100 Asia yet, please do yourself a favor this weekend!
It’s motivating, moving, and just plain entertaining.
I’m already converting all my friends into fans. 😂
